Internet Options

If you use Microsoft Windows, you have Internet Explorer. Because Windows has tied automatic dial-up connections directly into IE's Internet Options, you must adjust your Internet Options to make Windows automatically bring up your dial-up connection when it is needed. Here's how.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools in the menu above, then choose Internet Options.
   
3. In the new window that appears, click the Connections tab. Once here, your page should look something like this:
   
4. What is important is that you select the FullNet dial-up connection from the list (in the white box) and make sure that Always Dial my Default Connection is selected.
5. Click Ok.
