Billing Policies

Note: If payment is not received on or before the due date shown on the invoice a late/reconnection fee may be applied. The amount of the fee will be 10% of the outstanding balance with a minimum charge of $10.00. To avoid being charged late/reconnection fee please mail your payment early enough so that it arrives in our offices by the due date. To further insure that you are not charged a late/reconnection fee, we encourage you to change your payment method to Credit Card or Bank Draft. These forms of payment are processed on the due date and require no effort on your part in making the payment.

  • Your first billing will occur within 24 hours of joining
  • Declined credit card charges will be assessed a $10.00 service fee and access will be denied until payment is made.
  • Credits cannot be issued for downtime.
  • Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service fee and access will be denied until payment is made.
  • After the first thirty days, pre-paid accounts are non-refundable.
